Despite me telling the insurance people I had moved address, they gave the repair shop I went to my old address. My old address was in the area that shop operates in for car pick up and the like, but my new address is not. Hence, a complete waste of time going there.
Fortunately, 'nowt' fit in the five syllables of that last line very well :)
