Painted four walls of a roughly 3m * 3m room, plus the ceiling, plus the skirting board. But this could only be done at weekends, when the time was available, and in stages, since we couldn't empty out all the furniture at once.
Along the way, add in an 80cm * 202cm bookcase, two 20cm * 202cm CD/DVD towers, and an 80cm * 100cm chest of drawers.
As a side order, have the bathroom filled with boxes of stuff.
It took about three weekends and a few days inbetween in all.
