Limp

I had to hurry to get to the bank before it closed yesterday. It would've been okay if I hadn't been stuck behind a slow car for two thirds of the journey there, and then been caught up in people being rubbish in a car park. As a result I had to run to get there before the doors closed... and now my right ankle hurts whenever I walk. It stopped me going to the gym yesterday, and might stop me today too.

So, good and bad.
